Tigne Point and Manoel Island
Construction of 430 high quality apartments, a 400,000 sq. ft. retail mall, a new piazza with three office blocks (48,000 sq. m.), a 28-floor tower, and a 2,000 space underground car park. The project also involved redeveloping Tigne Fort into a heritage centre and a health club.

Cranfields Mills, Ipswich UK
A £65 million waterside mixed-use residential development, redeveloping three sites formerly owned by Allied Mills to create a high-density, flagship rejuvenation project on Ipswich Waterfront.

Tidal Basin Road
A twin tower development with consent for 170 apartments in a 24-storey tower and a 250-room, 4-star hotel in a 17-storey tower, linked by a podium bridge and elevated gardens. Designed by SOM architects.
Involvement: Detailed due diligence including complete cost budgeting, financial appraisals and risk management.
