Joint Venture Creation: The joint venture growth plan capitalises on TREDIC’s other partnership models but goes one step further.  It is anticipated that the joint venture would be a split equity local company or special purpose vehicle operating under the TREDIC name, with a joint venture partner that may be a property company, a developer, an investor and/or a contractor.
