Who are we?


TREDIC are a London headquartered family office owned real estate private equity & development firm with special purpose vehicle (SPV) commercial interests across the UK, EMEA, The Americas, CIS and Asia; and with a development & investment focus on both core and non-core asset classes.



What do we do?


TREDIC structure, finance and develop both commercial real estate, resort & infrastructure projects and are a trusted development & investment partner to leading public and private sector financial institutions, private equity, hedge fund, ultra-high net worth & family offices.


TREDIC also provide private client advisory development & investment services focussed on:


Investment: Origination & structuring, transactional management, capital markets, asset management and brokerage.


Development: Project, development & construction management as turnkey master developer, or through managing specific key stages of the development process:


1. Project assembly & feasibility - The professional activities that are required to fully evaluate the development concept, its commercial viability and the development options. This is fundamental to allow the principal investor to determine with informed decision making authority whether a development or infrastructure project is feasible and should proceed with further investment.

2. Pre development – The professional activities that are required to manage a development from the decision to develop an asset through to the financing strategy, recruitment and management of the professional development team, design creation, securing of the building permits and onto the start of the construction process.

3. Development & Construction & Build – The professional activities that lead from the securing of building permits through to the procurement, construction tender & actual construction and practical completion of the asset(s).

4. Post development – The professional activities that are required to manage the completed development asset following practical completion, from leasing and sales to facilities and asset management and long term strategy creation.

5. Exit Strategy & Investment Sale - The professional activities that are required to create and manage the most appropriate exit strategy and then the implementation and commissioning of the investment sale process.


TREDIC places particular emphasis on class A hotel, commercial, residential, retail, mix use, resort & master planned communities; as well distribution, logistics and infrastructure.
